Coming soon: Tuesdays with Jay No. 22: Reading Challenge

Graveyard, autumn morning

If you’ve never tried it, a graveyard is a quite peaceful place for a morning walk.

It’s autumn! We’re deep in my favorite season in the northeastern United States, and that means my mental preparing-for-writing time is often on morning walks with the dog. We crunch through the leaves and watch for migrating birds headed to warmer climes as story thoughts weave themselves together.

Some voices, of course, speak louder than others. Ahem-Jay-ahem. So it’s with great pleasure that I say the next Tuesdays with Jay will arrive in newsletter subscribers’ inboxes on Tuesday, Oct. 24. Jay returns this month with an all-new story to share about how he and Henry prepare for their Friday nights with Alice.

Tuesdays with Jay No. 22: Reading Challenge confronts Jay with the forces holding the three of them back. Set the day before the opening of Crossing the Lines (Neighborly Affection #2), this tale reveals what was on Jay’s mind before the accident.

To enjoy all of the Tuesdays with Jay companion stories in the series, make sure you’re signed up for the quarterly newsletter. Happy reading!
